VIOLA WARDEN
An Introduction
I have a B.S. in Elementary Education from Rochester University, certified to teach K-5. As a fourth-grader, I became interested in teaching, and have perused several opportunities to grow my teaching abilities since. I teach martial arts, coach cheerleading, and have been in several peer-mentor roles.
MY EDUCATIONAL PHILOSOPHY
I believe that all students can learn and should be allowed to grow their minds. In my classroom, I hope for students to expand their knowledge both academically and socio emotionally. I plan to create an environment in the classroom for the students to do just that so they will have the skills they need to meet their long-term goals.Â
As a teacher, I plan to be positive, approachable, have high expectations, and communicate with my students. My goal as a teacher is to make sure that all students can learn in their style and make instruction enjoyable. Including cooperative learning, hands-on teaching, movement, and problem-solving skills will help the students blossom in the classroom and their education.
